We believe in our program and have taken great care to make it as valuable and impactful as possible. We’re so sorry to hear that you’d like to request a refund.
I recognize that in order to request a refund, I must watch all videos and submit proof of completed work no later than 30 days after my purchase date.
Refund Proof Pieces
Requirement 1: You watched every video in the program. Take a screenshot of your progress. Paste a Google Doc or dropbox link to your screenshot, below.
Requirement 2: Submit a video of you singing 1 min of each LoveNotes song (male or female). You may paste Youtube links, Vimeo links, google drive or dropbox links (with preview functions turned on).
Requirement 3: Submit a video of you demonstrating the “Birthday Candles” exercise 5xs (reference Lesson 5). You may paste Youtube links, Vimeo links, google drive or dropbox links (with preview functions turned on).
Requirement 4: Share your notes from every video. Please paste a Google Doc or Dropbox link to your notes, below.
Requirement 5: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your needs. What part of the program did not meet your expectations?
Please note, we will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
Please note: If you choose a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments.
If we determine that you are entitled to a refund according to this policy, Voiceplace will promptly refund your money via PayPal. Please include a working PayPal address for your refund, along with your Refund Proof Pieces.
If you receive a refund, it will immediately terminate any and all licenses that granted you the use of the material provided to you under this Agreement. You will immediately stop using the material and destroy all the information provided to you, including but without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, PDFs, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are up to the discretion of Voiceplace, Inc.
