Voiceplace, Inc honors a 30-DAY LOVE IT guarantee for Roger Love’s Singing Academy Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and it did not work for you. By or before 11:59 PM EST on the 30th day after your purchase, you can contact our team at [email protected] to make your refund request.
You must include all Refund Proof Pieces with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and have not submitted those Refund Proof Pieces by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The Refund Proof Pieces that you need to submit along with your refund request includes all of these items:
- Requirement 1: You watched every video in the program.
- Requirement 2: Submit a video of you singing 1 min of each LoveNotes song (male or female).
- Requirement 3: Submit a video of you demonstrating the “Birthday Candles” exercise 5xs.
- Requirement 4: Share your notes from every video (minimum of ½ page of notes per lesson, typed, font size 12).
- Requirement 5: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your needs. What part of the program did not meet your expectations?
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
Please include a working PayPal address for your refund, along with your Refund Proof Pieces.
If you receive a refund, it will immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement. You will immediately stop using the material and destroy all the information provided to you, including but without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, PDFs, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are up to the discretion of Voiceplace, Inc.
